CEO & Co-founder

With deep expertise in computational psychology and data science, Zohar applied his inherent entrepreneurial spirit to co-found Pecan, right out of graduate school. Zohar holds two PhDs from Tel Aviv University – one in computational cognitive neuroscience and another in the history and philosophy of science and technology. He also holds a BA in economics from the Open University of Israel.

CTO & Co-founder

Building on over a decade of experience in software and data consulting, Noam combined his extensive knowledge and skills to co-found Pecan in 2018. He also brings expertise in cybersecurity from his professional career and military service with IDF. Noam holds a PhD in computational neuroscience, an MS in cognitive psychology, and a BA in economics and psychology, all from Tel Aviv University.

SVP of Product

Limor brings two decades of software development and management experience to Pecan. She has managed B2B and B2C products, and scaled global product and R&D teams at WeWork and eBay. Limor holds a BSc in computer systems networking and telecommunications from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

VP of Finance

Riki is a seasoned finance executive passionate about scaling early-stage startups to mature businesses. She brings a wealth of global finance and accounting experience from her previous roles at Capitolis, DensBits and PWC. Riki is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA from Ruppin Academic Center.

VP of R&D

Tomer is a veteran engineering leader, with strong technical, organizational and customer-facing skills, and extensive background in both software engineering and product management. Tomer has over 20 years of leadership experience at companies such as eBay and Google (through the acquisition of DRESR). Tomer holds a BSc in computer science from Tel Aviv University.

VP Product, Builder Experience

Linat is a seasoned product leader with over 20 years of experience and a passion for creating products with a real impact on the world. She had key leadership roles in both WeWork and Yahoo and worked on high-profile products. Linat holds her MBA from Stanford and a BA in Computer Science and Management from The Open University, where she graduated top of her class. She served six years in the IDF as a team lead and a software developer (MAMRAM).

VP of Customer Success

Yehonathan brings deep experience in using data for business success across industries, with a decade of work in consulting and strategy. He previously worked at DataRobot, Strategy&, and Tulip.co, leading teams to implement AI solutions. Yehonathan holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in economics and biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

VP of Operations

Daphna brings diverse experiences in project management and collaboration to her leadership of operations at Pecan. She led large-scale public sector projects requiring extensive partnership building and fundraising. Daphna holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an LLB from Tel Aviv University, and is also a qualified attorney.
